Anna had climbed to the top of the corporate ladder in her career, but despite her success, was exhausted and unfulfilled. She knew she had a wealth of experience and expertise and was eager to transform her talents into an online business. Anna was plagued with self-doubt and lacked a clear sense of direction and action steps. She tried various avenues (copywriting services, marketing strategist for small businesses and helping people land corporate roles) but nothing sparked a fire within her to pursue full-time in order to leave her corporate job behind.

Through a closer examination of her day-to-day work and the signs and opportunities shown by the Universe, we were able to identify a business opportunity that had been right under her nose. By following these bread crumbs and working with Anna to identify her true passions and strengths, we were able to develop an online business that aligned with her values and fulfill her entrepreneurial dreams.

THE CHALLENGE

Without realizing it, Anna had been mentoring women in her office, providing practical tips and strategies to navigate office politics, build a personal brand, and position themselves to get promoted into senior leadership roles. All of them, including Anna, shared an immigrant background. As a daughter of Polish immigrants, Anna deeply understood the cultural and personal obstacles that these women face in their professional lives.

Anna found clarity in who she’s best aligned to work with and confidently hone in on this niche. We developed a group coaching program, Career Slayer Bootcamp, with streamlined action steps to help these women move from their current reality of being underpaid, overworked, and invisible to being recognized, promoted, and paid. Anna's first three clients were all promoted, one even received a double promotion, all within a three-month period during the pandemic, despite a hiring freeze. This particular online business was not only aligned with Anna's values and strengths, but also marketable and capable of getting her clients real results.

We took a magnifying glass over Anna’s genetic blueprint, personality and her ideal client to build a brand and position Anna as the hero for women in Corporate America. Enter: Career Guardian Angel. The type of mentor to watch, protect and guide women inside the corporate landscape, see their worth and climb to the top of their career. 

For Anna's photoshoot we conceptualized an "Office Boss" "Powerfully Feminine" look. Ie, silver sequins behind a navy suit jacket in a top corner office in Manhattan. This, plus a tongue-and-cheek scene of facial expressions that speak to “playing nice” and office politics, we not only nailed who she is at the core, but built an easy plug and play content strategy aligned to her Human Design authority.
